A note from the workshop
A sample essay showing the site’s editorial layout and rich-media support. Replace this before launch.
The most useful conversations with founders often begin after the slides are closed. This sample article demonstrates the reading experience. It is not a claim about a real programme or event.
Start with the constraint
Good programmes make the real constraint visible. A founder may ask for more introductions when the immediate issue is a weak customer proposition. Another may ask for product help when the gap is a missing decision.
The first job is not to add more activity. It is to find the decision that makes the next activity useful.
Make the work observable
Strong notes name the evidence, the decision and the owner. They also link to original sources when a reader needs to check the reasoning.
- Write down what changed.
- Separate evidence from interpretation.
- Give the next decision a clear owner.
Rich media should have a fallback
Documents, recordings and voice notes remain useful when an embed fails. Each component includes a direct link and can include a transcript.
Finish with a decision
An article can be published without emailing anyone. The publishing skill creates a draft, opens a local preview, and only sends a newsletter after a separate explicit approval step.
